We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support an exceptional guest experience within a high-energy seafood and oyster bar concept. This role is heavily focused on floor leadership, guest engagement, team development, and maintaining high hospitality standards during busy services.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced restaurant environments, leads confidently from the floor, and is passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, and team culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily FOH operations and maintain exceptional service standards
  • Build strong guest relationships and ensure memorable dining experiences
  • Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house staff in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain positive team culture through hands-on leadership and communication
  • Support staff education on seafood, oysters, beer, wine, and hospitality standards
  • Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH during service
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and floor execution during peak periods
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout service
  • Help drive guest satisfaction, repeat business, and overall restaurant performance

 

Qualifications

  • Previous FOH leadership or restaurant management experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
  • Strong guest-facing hospitality and floor management skills
  • Professional, confident, and team-oriented leadership style
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy service environments
  • Passion for hospitality, seafood, beverage programs, and team development
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Open mindset toward learning, coaching, and continuous development
  • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility required
