Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced craft bartender who is confident in high volume environments while maintaining elevated service standards. The ideal candidate can make guests feel welcomed immediately, move efficiently under pressure, recommend wines and spirits comfortably, and contribute to the overall atmosphere and energy of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare cocktails with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Guide guests through wine, bourbon, and cocktail selections
• Maintain a polished, clean, organized bar environment
• Deliver elevated hospitality and guest engagement
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff
• Assist with wine tastings, events, and specialty programming when needed
• Handle busy service periods with professionalism and composure
Qualifications:
• Bartending experience required
• Craft cocktail experience preferred
• Wine and bourbon knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Weekend and evening availability required
