House Manager/ Assistant

I am looking for an on call assistant who has a flexible schedule, who can be at my house for ongoing, last minute urgencies in Oregon City. Please live within 20 minutes of Oregon City. 

Perfect for someone who works from home or is self employed because I need someone who is available and flexible to assist with last minute urgencies at my house. (important)

Must speak English must have a car Schedule: About 2 days per week, approximately 3-4 hours per day (Usually completed by 2pm)

Responsibilities include: Coordinate and be available for household repairs (such as Plumber, Electrician, etc) as needed and last minute urgencies, light household up keep, handling mail and trash bins, running errands and grocery shopping, returning packages. Handyman/handywoman skills a plus.
