Express Employment Professionals is hiring Packaging Associates for a reputable meat processing facility in La Crosse, WI. These are full-time, long-term opportunities on a steady 1st shift schedule. Pay & Schedule

• $18.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (or until production is complete)
• Full-time, long-term position

Job Duties

• Perform pre-operation checks to ensure proper materials (boxes, labels, wrap) are ready
• Package and wrap finished meat products while inspecting for quality
• Ensure proper sealing of packaging
• Label products accurately according to company specifications
• Pack products into boxes and palletize for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous food production or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable with good communication and teamwork skills
