Position Overview
A respected regional medical center in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its Rehab team. This role involves providing therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered rehabilitation and committed to helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and re-evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to pediatric through adult patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and quality assessments
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation plans and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License required
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
