What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance and functional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals and provide evidence-based therapy to restore mobility, function, reduce pain and improve patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, recovery, injury prevention, equipment use and home care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Supervise PTAs and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Complete accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives and compliance programs

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current State Physical Therapist license required
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Previous healthcare or hospital experience preferred - new graduates are encouraged to apply
