General Laborer

Mancan Staffing is assisting a North Akron shop who is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The company is looking for someone with previous grinding experience and who is very mechanically inclined.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay is $17-$20/hr BOE

Responsibilities:
Stand for 8 hours per day while performing job duties.
Perform packaging and assembly of products and wires.
Use hand tools for various tasks.
Engage in grinding and other warehouse duties.
Ensure the quality of work is maintained at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Read and write to follow instructions and document work.

Qualifications:
Previous experience with hand tools and grinding.
Experience in warehouse duties is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to read and write effectively.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual with good attendance record.
