We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join a growing team in Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment in homes
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and basic troubleshooting after installation
• Accurately complete job documentation and work orders
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer (residential preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• Additional HVAC certifications or trade school training
• Experience with new construction or retrofit residential installs
• Brazing, refrigerant charging, and duct modification experience
