Locums Urgent Care in St. Louis, Missouri - No Call, Flexible Blocks
This outpatient urgent care role offers block scheduling with steady patient volume, allowing physicians to build consistent coverage without call responsibilities.
Highlights:
- No call required
- Block scheduling with repeat coverage opportunities
- Ongoing assignment with steady patient demand
- Open to IMLC physicians
Practice & Cases:
- Outpatient urgent care clinics with MA support
- Treat patients ages 6 months and older
- General urgent care visits with minor procedures
- Onsite X-ray and EKG interpretation required
Schedule:
- 12-hour weekday shifts and shorter weekend shifts
- Minimum 2 weeks per month
- Mix of weekday and weekend coverage
- Ability to group shifts into blocks
Requirements:
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Missouri license or open to Interstate Medical Licensure Compact physicians
- BLS certification required
