Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a team of 8 engineers, including Tooling Engineers, Product Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers

·                     Drive the engineering department within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing operation specializing in CNC Machining, Cold Forming, and Heading

·                     Oversee and direct Design, Quoting, Tooling, and Process Improvement initiatives across the department

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with quality and manufacturing teams to clarify and resolve technical issues

·                     Interpret and address technical challenges related to products and customer applications

Key Requirements 

·                     BS Degree in Engineering highly preferred

·                     Background in the automotive industry is strongly desired

·                     Experience with fasteners, CNC Machining, or Cold Forming/Heading operations

·                     Demonstrated expertise in Design and Process Engineering
