Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: Starting at $62,171+ annually
Bonus: Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned departments while delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and self-starter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and driving recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units and departments
- Source and engage qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies
- Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and interview applicants to assess qualifications
- Present qualified candidate pipelines to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes
- Determine compensation offers using established compensation guidelines and extend offers
- Manage internal transfer requests and post-offer onboarding steps
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Track recruiting activity and reporting metrics through ATS and internal reporting tools
- Coordinate and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and networking functions
- Present hiring updates and recruitment progress to leadership as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and employment practices
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and electronic reporting systems
