Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform scrubbing duties for PCI/STEMI, cardiac and peripheral cases in the cath lab.
- Ensure daily preparation and maintenance of cath lab equipment for approximately 8 cases per day.
- Participate actively in call rotations as required, with a 30-minute response time.
- Document patient interactions and procedure details in the Cerner EMR system.
- Assist the Cardiologist in all invasive cardiac procedures and peripheral diagnostics.
- Comply with facility protocols and safety standards while managing patient care.
- Current RCIS certification and BLS certification are required.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct cath lab experience.
- Proficiency in scrubbing for cardiac and peripheral interventions.
- Must not have been employed by CommonSpirit facilities in the past year.
- Successful completion of compliance validation with necessary documentation.
- COVID vaccine certification is required for employment.
