Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures including TAVR, TMVR, and MitraClip.
- Support interventional neuro and radiology procedures in a dynamic lab environment.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Manage on-call duties, including weekday and weekend call shifts.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the lab environment and equipment.
- Float between specialty labs as required to support facility needs.
- Minimum of one year of acute care experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS certification.
- Fluoroscopy permit and California state license required.
- Experience with stroke and interventional radiology preferred.
- Willingness to work call shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to float between specialties in the lab environment as needed.
