Compensation: $2387 - $2876 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and skilled RN to become part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is devoted to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a distinctive and rewarding work atmosphere.
As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will be essential in delivering outstanding care to mothers and their infants. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering comprehensive support to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 laboring ratio
- Applying your proficient IV skills and experience with C-sections to assist the team
- Providing support in the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, which includes a lactation consultant and maternity educator
- Ensuring precise documentation through the MediTech EMR system
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (FHM preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday
