About the Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong retail sales, fashion, accessories, sunglasses, clothing, or customer service background who enjoys helping people find products that make them feel confident and look great.

You do not need prior optical experience—we are willing to train the right person.

• Boutique retail
• Sunglasses or accessories sales
• Clothing or fashion styling
• Jewelry or beauty sales
• High-touch customer service environments

…your skills can translate extremely well into optical.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, styling products for customers, creating complete looks, and guiding people through purchasing decisions in a consultative—not pushy—way.

What You’ll Do:

• Help patients select frames, lenses, and eyewear that fit their style, personality, and lifestyle
• Build complete eyewear “looks” and make personalized recommendations
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, sunglasses, and eyewear upgrades
• Perform eyewear fittings and adjustments (we will train)
• Support frame merchandising and inventory organization
• Enter and maintain patient and order information in computer systems
• Create a welcoming, upbeat customer experience
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong retail sales or customer service background
• Someone naturally stylish who enjoys fashion, accessories, sunglasses, or clothing coordination
• Strong people skills and confidence engaging with customers
• Ability to guide customers through purchasing decisions
• Comfortable learning technology and optical systems
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Positive, energetic personality
