$125k-$165k
Competitive split of base salary & commission on sales
- Manage HVAC sales & system design for residential and light commercial work
- Assist w/ install of residential & light commercial AC/heating systems
- Manage & technical oversight to technicians
- Price out & install ductwork, build plenums, install grills and registers
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Time split between field and office
- Competitive split of base salary & commission on sales
- NO ON-CALL NECESSARY

- Company vehicle possible
- 7+ years of HVAC Sales and Install experience
- Must be knowledgeable w/ estimate generation for HVAC jobs
- Experience w/ residential condensers, air handlers, furnaces and mini splits
- Experience with hydronic and/or steam boilers a plus
- Familiarity w/ electrical systems associated with system installation
- Plumbing experience a plus but not necessary
- Great customer service skills a must
