The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital member of the Logistics & Operations division, directly impacting company growth by producing precise commercial HVAC estimates. This role gives you the autonomy to navigate complex project demands within a team-oriented environment that actively values your technical insights. You will have the support of a leadership team dedicated to accountability and your ongoing professional advancement.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Analyze detailed project specifications and blueprints to formulate highly accurate mechanical cost estimates.
• Manage multiple estimating deadlines simultaneously to ensure timely submission of bids in a high-paced environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to secure competitive pricing on specialized HVAC materials.
• Evaluate project logistics and operational constraints to identify potential cost-saving opportunities or risks.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure precise handoffs of approved project budgets.
• Communicate the structural "whys" and "hows" behind estimate variations to maintain project transparency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in commercial mechanical and HVAC estimating.
• Proven ability to generate comprehensive, accurate project cost estimates under tight timelines.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting complex architectural, mechanical, and logistical project drawings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated familiarity with advanced commercial HVAC systems and material procurement processes.
• Prior experience working collaboratively within a structured Logistics & Operations division.
