Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experiencedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to provide1:1 care for a medically fragile elementary studentin the McDonough, GA area. This role involves supporting the student throughout the school day as well asproviding care during daily transportation to and from school.
Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care to a student withcomplex medical needs
Manage and monitor:
G-tube feedings
Tracheostomy (trach) care
Seizure activity and response
Assist with allactivities of daily living (ADLs)due tofull dependence
Ride the school bus/van with the studentto and from home daily
(Transportation time is fully paid)
Collaborate with school staff and follow individualized care plans
ActiveGeorgia LPN license
Experience with:
G-tube
Trach care
Seizure monitoring
Comfortable working with afully dependent student
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
School-based or pediatric experience preferred (but not required)
Meaningful 1:1 impact with a student in need
Consistent, full-time schedule
Paid transportation time(ride included in workday)
