You Will

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet specification and quality targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD information.

• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Verify parts with precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Partner with team members to refine processes and enhance efficiency.

You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
• Proven background as a CNC Machinist or similar position.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and blueprints.
• Strong grasp of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
• Familiarity with common machining tools and shop equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills and a positive mindset.
