Location: Gahanna, OH
Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour
Schedule: Every Thursday and Friday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Join BrightStar Care and make a difference with a wonderful pediatric patient in the Gahanna area. This patient requires tracheostomy (trach) care and G-tube support, and is looking for a dedicated nurse to provide attentive, high-quality care in a comfortable home setting.

Patient Care Needs

• Tracheostomy (trach) care
• G-tube feedings and medication administration
• Ongoing monitoring and skilled nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the individualized Plan of Care
• Perform trach care and manage G-tube feedings
• Assist with daily activities and personal care
• Monitor and document patient condition and changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Experience with trach and G-tube care (preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
