Commercial Litigation Associate

A well-respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial litigation matters within a collaborative litigation platform supporting the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets practice.

• Complex commercial litigation matters
• Financial services and business-related disputes
• Motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Contract and business disputes
• Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
• Collaboration with attorneys across a sophisticated national litigation platform

• Approximately 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience with business litigation, financial services litigation, or complex commercial disputes preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and litigation strategy strongly preferred
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Texas bar license required

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $220,000 – $320,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall background.
