New Construction Duct Installers

We're hiring duct installers who actually like the install side of HVAC. Not service. Not repair. New construction — clean job sites, blueprints in hand, and the satisfaction of walking off a finished house knowing every run is tight, sealed, and done right.

What you'll do:

• Install supply and return ductwork in new residential setting
• Hang rigid trunk lines, run flex, set boots, seal mastic — the full rough-in
• Work alongside a crew that takes pride in tight craftsmanship

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of residential new construction duct experience
• Comfortable on ladders, in attics, and on a job site that moves fast
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• A real work ethic — show up, do it right, go home proud
