Schedule:

• Part-Time | 24 Hours

• Night Shift (2x8s / 3x8s rotation)

• Every other weekend and holiday required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care and support to adult and geriatric residents

• Assist with medications, treatments, ADLs, and resident monitoring

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Active NY LPN License required

• Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI specifically) required

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required

• Ability to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
