Enterprise Systems is part of IS&T and owns the technology behind Apple's SAP environment and its modernization through the SAP Landscape Modernization (SLM) initiative. The team manages the continuous operation, maintenance, and evolution of the world's largest single-instance SAP deployment — a platform that sustains Apple's global supply chain and the integrity of its core financial systems. The Apple IS&T's Supply Chain Integration team for Infrastructure is responsible for architecting, designing, deploying and managing various Infrastructure life cycle processes. We work with numerous Application development teams as well as production support teams operating on on-premise and cloud technologies like AWS and GCP. As an SRE/DevOps engineer, you will partner closely with multiple cross functional teams for deployment of various solutions and supporting them. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team player to join our team as an SAP Basis Administrator. In this role, you will be required to manage a team and provide optimal solutions for a complex and integrated landscape. You would be required to think broadly and quickly. **Minimum Qualifications** + 2 years of experience in production support, operations engineering, workload automation, or enterprise platform support. + 2 years of experience in supporting workload automation or enterprise job scheduling platforms. + 2 years of experience of working knowledge in Linux/Unix environments. + 2 years of experience with Python scripting and REST APIs. + Understanding of vulnerability remediation and operational support processes. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills. + Strong operational ownership and attention to detail. + Effective cross-functional coordination and communication skills. + Structured troubleshooting and analytical thinking. + Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a production environment. + Process improvement and automation mindset.
