The Promontory Club, located just outside of Park City, Utah is looking to fill a vacancy for Food and Beverage Beach Club Busser – Full time Summer Seasonal.
The Beach Clubhouse is a colorful environment inspired by the classic beach ball that brings back childhood memories. Serving Caribbean inspired light lunch menu options, the Beach Club indoor/outdoor cafe is a casual dining experience.
The summer season will range from Mid-May through Mid-September. This position will have the ability for top performers to continue their employment with Promontory after the summer season and become full-time, year-round employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet the Member(s) and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clear tables of all plates, glasses and flatware in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Member's table, as well as that of the entire restaurant area including floors, windows and countertops, both during and after the meal.
- Re-set tables in a timely manner.
- Collecting towels and assisting with beach setup.
- Completion of assigned opening and closing side work.
- Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed. Uniforms are provided.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
- Other duties by the Beach Club Manager and Supervisor.
