The Medi-Weightloss weight loss program was developed based on the five keys to wellness: nutrition, fitness, medicine, education, and motivation.

Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System including inbound & outbound support, call & text tracking, and patient scheduling.
• Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
• Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient’s progress and address any missed appointments.
• Consultation- through individual consultations, present the company services and promote the value plans.  Conducted assessments / initial consultations and converted leads to new patients.
• Perform insurance verification and pre-authorization
• Assist front desk duties

Patient Coordinator Requirements

• Experience working in a Medical, Dental, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or similar office.
• Sales experience 
• Ability to work on Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm

• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a CAN DO attitude
