- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety standards
- Stock and prep for current and upcoming shifts
- Work closely with servers and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Help control food cost by minimizing waste
- Support a positive team environment and step in where needed
- Strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with good communication skills

- Previous cooking or restaurant experience is a plus—but not required
