Assistant Painter / Field Technician Prepper / Laborer

• Assist painter to make sure job is done right and on time
• Spray smaller items with experience
• Prepare surfaces to be ready to be sprayed
• CLEANING, SANDING, MASKING & TAPING 
• Make sure equipment stays in top shape 
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional
• Use of heavy ladders will be involved on exterior jobs
• Must feel comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Learn the Spray-Net way
• Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

• Language: English
• Complete our online and on-site training program
• Valid driver’s license and or vehicle
• Pride in your work and attention to detail

• Base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation
