Manufacturing Associate - 3rd shift

What You’ll Be Doing

No two shifts are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently by:

• Inspecting, repairing, and assembling components
• Operating machinery, including CNC and conventional equipment
• Reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Preparing and handling materials
• Performing preventative maintenance checks at the start of each shift
• Supporting production goals and overall team success
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

This role is active and hands-on, requiring regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, with team lifting when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking dependable individuals with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Manufacturing or similar experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read a tape measure or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfort working with tools, machines, and technical drawings
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
