Pro Install Specialist Jr

Valid Driver License & Clean Driving Record

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate, associate’s degree, or active IT coursework preferred.

Experience in IT, networking, low-voltage cabling, or related hands-on technical work.

Willingness to follow direction, ask questions early, and accept feedback as a tool for growth.

Foundational technical knowledge: basic networking concepts, Windows operating systems, and common hardware components.

Professional communication skills and the maturity to represent Technology in a client environment.

CompTIA ITF+ or A+ strongly encouraged; must commit to earning CompTIA A+ within the first 12 months.

Support onsite installation projects under the direction of a Pro Install Specialist or Team Lead; execute assigned tasks to completion.

Participate in pre-install readiness review; confirm personal preparation: tools, PPE, work instructions, and site directions.

Follow work instructions and assigned tasks precisely; ask clarifying questions before executing, not after.

Perform assigned validation steps (device checks, cable testing, power-on verification) and report results accurately to the lead technician.

Contribute to Documentation Systems: photos, cable labeling, asset tagging, and configuration notes as directed.
