Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Williamsburg, Virginia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Pediatric ABA leadership role overseeing treatment planning and clinical behavioral programming
• Opportunity to support children ages 2-17 within collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Oversight of ABA treatment plans, RBT supervision, assessments, caregiver training, and school advocacy support
• Collaborative care environment working alongside SLP, OT, and PT professionals

SCHEDULE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-17
• Supervise RBT implementation of ABA procedures
• Conduct caregiver training programs for families
• Complete progress reports and required documentation
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, and PEAK
• Manage billing, insurance authorizations, assessments, and behavior plans accurately and timely
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with SLP, OT, and PT professionals
• Participate in school advocacy and IEP consulting support

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification REQUIRED
• Active Virginia BCBA license REQUIRED

• Current CPR/First Aid certification REQUIRED
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card REQUIRED
