Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with cath lab and IR procedural experience for a 13-week assignment at an academic medical center in Toledo, Ohio.
Details
- Interventional radiology unit within an academic medical center setting
- Procedures include interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, and fluoroscopy-guided interventional procedures
- 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call required one day per week and every fourth weekend
- Holiday coverage is handled via a call rotation
Requirements
- ARRT registration required
- Active Ohio state radiology license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Scrub experience in cath lab and/or IR procedures required
- Fluoroscopy proficiency required
- Formal radiological technology training from an AMA-approved program required
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and transfer up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected to 20/20, including color vision where applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

- Perform interventional radiology and cath lab procedures, including fluoroscopy-guided interventions, with scrub responsibilities
