Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in East Clearwater, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Physical Therapist

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes in EMR system
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge recommendations
- Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain one
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- New grads welcome to apply depending on support/mentorship availability
