Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Hands-on Care Needed for 87-year-old male with dementia in Putnam Valley, NY, needs assistance with all tasks for the 12 hours he is awake. Limited ability to walk even with a walker. Needs to stand every hour, needs assistance with getting to and going to the bathroom, diaper needs changing multiple times per day. Meals and drinks need to be prepared. Medication management. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Recently medicaid approved.
