Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a consistent house cleaner, not a company who sends different people each time, who can help my elderly grandfather keep up with his home cleanliness and lite housekeeping tasks. Lite laundry, organization, or other small tasks he might need from time to time. If this person is able to assist with meal prep every now and then or groceries that would be a plus but not a must have as well.
