Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I have a vacume and some supplies the cleaner is welcome to use. If he/she has preferred equipment that is fine too. We have a dog and cat, both friendly. We are retired and may be underfoot at times. The house is a great room style, 2 years old. I am a quilter who just can't find time to clean. The sewingroom will be my responsibility, as will the guest bath and grand daughter's room be her responsibility.
