Job Description

We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely. If you take personal ownership for the work you are responsible for and take pride in doing your job well, this is a great position for you!


Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending upon experience, education, and qualifications.

This is a full-time, in office position. Monday Through Friday 8-hours per day


What you would be doing in this role:

  • Greet Customers.
  • Answer Phones.
  • Perform data entry and file management tasks.
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, and company departments.
  • Provide one-on-one training in company programs and systems to newly recruited Realtors.
  • Real Estate listing and sale transaction file setup, processing, monitoring and review.
  • Transaction file monitoring through closing for updates, changes and/or cancellations.
  • Work to resolve broker commission questions, and/or issues as needed.
  • Frequent electronic and telephonic communication with agents, clients, branches, mortgage companies, and internal company departments (most communication is via email).


What we'd like you to bring:

  • Professional office environment experience required.
  • Real Estate Transaction Coordination and/or escrow experience a plus.
  • Current California Real Estate license and/or Notary Commission (must be willing to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliability with a dedication to continuous employment.
  • Solid attendance history.
  • Positive & productive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
