About the Role:

As a Painter for Navarino Property Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and value of properties. Your primary responsibility will be to apply paint, finishes, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure that painting tasks are completed on time and within budget. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in painting or a related field.
• Experience with drywall installation and repair.
• Familiarity with carpentry and fiberglass applications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Select and mix paints and finishes according to specifications and project requirements.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.

Skills:

The required skills such as painting and manual dexterity are essential for executing precise and high-quality finishes on various surfaces. Your ability to work with tools like table saws and spray painting equipment will enable you to efficiently complete tasks while ensuring safety and accuracy.
