Bilingual Patient Coordinator (RPM)

The Role: We are looking for a Bilingual Coordinator (English & Mandarin/Cantonese) to manage our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) service. You will act as the primary link between patients using home medical devices and the physicians monitoring their health data.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard Patients: Help patients set up and use remote devices (blood pressure cuffs, scales, etc.) in their preferred language.
• Support Physicians: Relay patient data and alerts to medical teams and assist with enrollment paperwork.
• Bridge the Language Gap: Provide clear, empathetic medical instructions in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Monitor Tech: Troubleshoot device connectivity issues and ensure data is flowing correctly to the doctor.

What You Need

• Fluency: English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese (conversational).
• Experience: 1+ years in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using healthcare software (EHR) and troubleshooting basic mobile apps/gadgets.
• Soft Skills: Great at talking to people and explaining technical steps simply.
