About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient healthcare team. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, with clinic hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for adult patients in an outpatient setting, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute medical concerns. Providers will work alongside a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering high-quality care and excellent patient experiences.
Working just 4 days per week qualifies providers for full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care visits
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately
Coordinate referrals to specialists and ancillary services as needed
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to optimize patient care
Educate patients regarding preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
Participate in shared call schedule approximately 1 week every 3–4 months
Qualifications:
Active California Medical License (Required)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Strong clinical and communication skills
EHR experience required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment
