Digital Marketing Specialist
Location Austin, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $38–$43 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
ROLE IMPACT:This role exists to ensure paid media campaigns are launched quickly, accurately, and without disruption during a high-velocity marketing period. Success is defined by the ability to step into active ad accounts, operationalize pre-approved strategies, and deploy campaigns that are structurally sound, properly tracked, and optimized for early performance stability.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, configure, and launch paid media campaigns across multiple platforms using provided briefs and assets
• Upload and format ad creative (copy, images, video), configure audiences, implement tracking (UTMs, pixels), and validate campaign structure
• Set and manage daily or lifetime budgets, apply bidding strategies, and monitor pacing to ensure accurate allocation
• Perform comprehensive QA on links, targeting, tracking tags, character limits, and formatting prior to launch
• Monitor initial campaign performance, identify delivery or tracking issues, and flag anomalies immediately
Minimum Qualifications
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and launching paid media campaigns in an agency or high-volume in-house environment
• Direct platform experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, or other Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
• Proven ability to enter a new ad account, understand structure quickly, and execute launches with minimal guidance

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
