Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. As the Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing inventory; preparing orders for shipment; maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment; ensuring inventory accuracy; and meeting daily operational goals. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and organize incoming stock and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Create and manage shipping labels quickly and accurately
• Troubleshoot shipping issues, such as label errors
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Ensure inventory is tracked and updated accurately
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with regular inventory counts and stock organization
• Follow safety procedures (OSHA) and company guidelines for warehouse operations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily and weekly targets
• Assist in loading/unloading shipments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Ship Station, Easy Post Experience preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Type: Part-Time (30 +/- hours)

Pay: $20.00/hr -$22.00/Hr

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday and Fridays as needed
• Must be flexible as daily/weekly hours may vary
