Position: Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: Remote (Initial onboarding and training conducted in Boston, Massachusetts)

About the Role
An internationally recognized professional services organization is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its Finance and Client Accounts team. This position supports the firm's billing and revenue processes by ensuring accurate invoice generation, compliance with client requirements, and effective collaboration with attorneys, finance personnel, and administrative teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Administer the end-to-end client invoicing process for a diverse portfolio of matters and billing arrangements.
• Review draft invoices, implement requested revisions, and finalize billing packages according to established procedures.
• Verify compliance with outside counsel guidelines, client-specific requirements, and engagement terms before invoice submission.
• Coordinate electronic invoice submissions through approved e-billing platforms and monitor invoice status through completion.
• Research, address, and resolve billing discrepancies, payment delays, rejected invoices, and client inquiries.
• Partner with attorneys, finance personnel, and administrative teams to facilitate efficient billing workflows and revenue collection efforts.
• Prepare billing reports, account analyses, and revenue-related documentation for management review.
• Maintain accurate billing records and assist with data integrity initiatives across financial systems.
• Participate in process improvement projects designed to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
• Provide support on special assignments and departmental initiatives as needed.
Training & Work Arrangement
This position is fully remote following successful completion of the onboarding and training program in Boston. Initial training is conducted in person to ensure a comprehensive understanding of firm systems, workflows, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Three or more years of billing, revenue management, client accounting, or financial operations experience within a law firm or professional services organization.
• Experience working with legal or professional services billing platforms strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic billing systems, invoice management tools, and financial reporting software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
