• 3rd Shift: +$0.50/hour
• C/D Shifts: +$1.25/hour

Available Schedules

• Monday-Friday | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday | C Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday | D Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Training Requirement: Candidates must be flexible to train on a different shift for approximately 60–90 days.

Position Overview

We are seeking Manufacturing / Packaging Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing and packaging lines to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met during 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment used to process chemical products such as sealants, adhesives, primers, and related materials
• Load solid and liquid materials into blending tanks and production vessels
• Monitor gauges, control panels, and equipment performance during production processes
• Observe chemical reactions and make operating adjustments as needed
• Collect product samples for quality control testing
• Operate a forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage finished product for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform minor equipment maintenance
• Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school or technical certification is a plus
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work any assigned shift schedule
• Must pass a company proficiency test covering reading comprehension and math skills
