Compounder - 1st Shift

1st Shift Cosmetic Compounder

• Location: Wharton, NJ
• Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Direct Hire Opportunity paying $25-27/hr

Are you an experienced Cosmetic Compounder looking to join a growing team in the beauty and personal care industry? We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented 1st Shift Compounder to support cosmetic production operations in Wharton, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, growth potential, and the chance to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare batch sheets and calculate raw material quantities for production
• Pre-weigh and compound ingredients using appropriate scales and dispensing tools
• Oversee pre-weigh functions and prepare compounding documentation
• Maintain batch control logs and cleaning records to ensure compliance
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and re-weigh procedures accurately
• Collect batch samples for Quality Control testing as required
• Transfer completed batches into designated storage containers
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of blending/compounding experience in cosmetics, skincare, or a similar industry required
• Strong understanding of batch records, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Good math aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is a plus)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
