Soldering Technician – 1st Shift

Join a dynamic team in Nashua, NH as a Selective Soldering Technician, where you will be essential in assembling electronic components and driving production processes. Shift of the Soldering Technician:
1st Shift – Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM

Pay Rate of the Selective Soldering Technician:
$25 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities of the Selective Soldering Technician:

• Perform manual soldering to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards according to work instructions.
• Program and operate the Selective Soldering Machine.
• Conduct Post Wave Inspection to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and mark up documentation or technical issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Enter defect data and workstation times daily.
• Assist with mechanical assembly, packing, and shipping as needed.
• Participate in an environment focused on learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications of the Selective Soldering Technician:

• 3+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly with demonstrated excellent soldering skills is preferred.
• IPC-A-610 certification is required.
• Experience with Selective Solder and Final Assembly equipment is helpful.
• Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is beneficial.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
