Salesforce Developer

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical partners to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and solutions
• Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and architecture standards
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and IT
• Participate in system enhancements, deployments, and ongoing platform improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Lightning Components
• Experience supporting or working closely with B2B sales organizations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
