Healthcare Revenue Cycle Director

TTF is recruiting for a full-time Revenue Cycle Director for a Physician Group with multiple offices in Colorado. This is a full time, direct hire position that is a combination of onsite (near downtown Denver) and remote. The salary range is projected to be $100,000 to $130,000 with bonus opportunity (7-10k) with good benefits, profit sharing and a stable environment.

Job duties will consist of managing 13-15 employees and all centralized revenue cycle functions, including billing, coding, collections, denials, credentialing, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy support.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience managing Revenue Cycle, Medical Billing and Patient Financial Services in a Physician Group environment.
