Location : Hagerstown, Greencastle and Chambersburg

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a high‐volume warehouse operation in the South Central PA / Tri‐State area. This role involves safely operating industrial lift equipment in a fast‐paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit‐down, stand‐up, reach truck, or order picker equipment
• Load, unload, move, and stage product throughout the warehouse
• Perform material handling tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Available Shifts & Pay

Night Shift

• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• • Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    OR
• Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• • Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Day Shift

• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    OR
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• • Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Shift Options (Reach Truck / Order Picker)

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM:
• Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM:
• Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM:

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience required (reach truck or order picker preferred for select shifts)
• Ability to work extended shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
