Medical Billing Specialist

Part-time Medical Billing Specialist needed for Fast growing, premier medical billing services company with hybrid remote work schedule!

ENT Billing Associates is a family owned and operated business, which has been specializing in Otolaryngology for over 25 years and services ENT clients nationwide. By focusing on solely ENT services, we have been able to establish ourselves as experts in the field and have been able to stay ahead of the insurance industry reimbursement changes and trends.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Entering insurance and patient payments
• Performing client follow-up/managing client accounts receivables. This would include, but is not limited to the following:
• • claim corrections
  • manage denials
  • manage insurance appeals
  • insurance follow-up/inquiry phone calls
• Manage client and patient phone calls and inquiries

Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of Epic, eClinicalWorks, and/or Athena a plus!
